CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON WILLIAMS WAY BOULEVARD

Richmond, TX- Fort Bend County announces the groundbreaking and expansion of Williams Way Boulevard in Richmond, TX. Hassell Construction has begun Phase 1 of the project with limits from the Pilgrim Church to the River Park West Development. This project is part of the 2007 Mobility Bond Issue and includes street widening from two lanes to four lanes and will include concrete curb and gutter. This expansion will accomodate the increased traffic flow that the new Justice Center will generate when it opens next year.
