Fort Bend Offices Closed August 5, 2008 due to Inclement Weather

Fort Bend County will officially close tomorrow, Tuesday August 5, 2008 due to expected inclement Weather and Tropical Storm Winds except for those who in the judgment of their supervisor, cannot be excused for reasons of county security or other essential public business.  

Employees should call the Fort Bend County Hotline at  281-341-4444 for additional information. Jurors should not report for Jury Duty on Tuesday, August 5, 2008.    Business should return to normal on Wednesday, August 6, 2008, however,  if you have any concerns please call 281-341-4444 on Wednesday morning for updated information or visit the Public Information Website at http://www.fortbendcountynews.info/.
